Certification of Candidates for City of Uhland 02172023

The City of Uhland will hold a General Election on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Uhland City Hall, 15 N. Old Spanish Trail, Uhland, Texas, to elect the following positions:

  • One (1) Mayor to serve a two (2) year term from May of 2023 until May of 2025.
  • Two (2) Alderpersons (Place 4 and Place 5) to serve a two (2) year term from May 2023 until May of 2025.

Candidate Eligibility Requirements:

Texas Election Code: 141.001(a) & Texas Local Government Code: 22.032

 5:00 p.m. deadline to File Candidate Application is Friday, February 17, 2023 at Uhland City Hall.

Appointment of Campaign Treasurer Form (CTA) must also be received by 5:00p.m.
