Smart Growth Workshop coming to Lockhart on August 2 and 3

Lecture by green infrastructure expert, Dr. Fouad Jaber, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, will be held 8/2 at the Dr. Eugene Clark Library in Lockhart with a hands-on demonstration to install a new rainwater harvesting system the following morning (8/3) at the Caldwell County Justice Center.
