Need Help Finding Your New Utility Account Number?
As part of the City's new utility billing system, your utility account number has changed.
Good news: Your new account number is based on your previous account number—it simply uses the same numbers in a new format.
When you receive your new utility bill, you can find your new account number in several locations on the bill. We've highlighted those locations in the attached image to make them easy to identify.
You'll also notice an "Important News and Information" section on your bill where the City will share important updates, events, payment reminders, and community announcements.
Haven't received your bill?
If you do not receive your utility bill in the mail, please contact the City of Uhland or stop by City Hall. Staff will be happy to provide your new account number and answer any questions.
