Public Notice March 16, 2016 5:30pm – Zoning and Annexation of 223.942 acres

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:

The City of Uhland, has received a petition to initiate voluntary annexation into the City Limits of City of Uhland and Zoning changes to the said property from Agriculture to Plan Development PD, following described territory, to-wit:

Proposed Cotton Gin Estates, 223.942 acres to be voluntary annexed into the City of which of the total 247.559 with existing 23.617 in the City Limits.

Being all of the remainder of that called 109acre tract described in deed to Andrew J. Hart recorded in volume 1196, page 21 of the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas (O.P.R.H.C.T.), all of that called 70.74acre tract described as tract one in deed to Andrew J. Hart recorded in volume 835, page 615 of the O.P.R.H.C.T., all of that called 2.036acre tract described in deed to Andrew J. Hart recorded in volume 2853, page 114 of the O.P.R.G.C.T., and all of that called 1.00acre tract described in deed to Nicole Leta Hart recorded in volume 3103, page 620, of the O.P.R.H.C.T.; and being more particularly described by metes and bounds

A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Uhland, Texas on the Sixteenth (16) day of March, 2016 at 5:30pm in the City Council Chamber of the City Hall of the City of Uhland, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation.

At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and

be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters here in mentioned, will take notice.
